These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) and Nakshathra Gold and Diamonds LLP (India) and Nakshathra HO (Dubai, UAE), together with our subsidiaries, affiliates, and retail showrooms (collectively, “Nakshathra”, “we”, or “us”).

By accessing or using our website (www.nakshathra.com), booking in-store appointments, commissioning custom bridal jewellery, or making purchases at any of our 30+ showrooms across India, the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Malaysia, you confirm your unconditional agreement to these Terms.

At Nakshathra, uncompromising purity and authenticity form the bedrock of every piece of jewellery we craft:

• Gold Hallmarking (BIS 916 & 750): All gold jewellery sold through our showrooms conforms strictly to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) regulations. Each item features the official BIS logo, purity grade mark (e.g., 22K916 or 18K750), and a distinct 6-digit alphanumeric Hallmark Unique Identification (HUID) laser-engraved on the metal.
• Natural Diamond Certification: All diamond jewellery created by Nakshathra features authentic, ethically sourced natural diamonds accompanied by a certificate of authenticity detailing the 4Cs (Carat, Color, Clarity, Cut) from globally acclaimed gemological laboratories (such as IGI, GIA, or SGL).
• Handcrafted Individuality: Each piece of artisanal jewellery is handcrafted by master karigars. Minor organic variances in stone color, natural inclusions, or carat weight (within acceptable gemological tolerances of +/- 0.05 carats) celebrate authentic handmade craftsmanship.

We believe in total transparency. Our pricing structure ensures that every customer understands precisely what they are paying for:

Quotations displayed on digital showcases or catalog previews are indicative estimates based on benchmark weights. The actual final price is verified upon final weighing and billing in the showroom.

For custom engagement rings, bespoke bridal sets, or heirloom re-creations:

• Advance Commitment: Commissioning custom designs requires an advance deposit (typically 20% to 50% of the estimated value). Gold rate locking options may be exercised subject to full advance payment terms as communicated at the time of booking.
• Design Approvals & Alterations: Once 3D CAD models or wax prototypes are formally approved by the client, modifications may incur adjustment charges and revised delivery timelines.
• Showroom Appointments: Appointments booked via our digital portal guarantee dedicated customer relationship stylists and exclusive access to private viewing lounges.

We stand by the enduring value of every ornament bearing the Nakshathra mark:

Enrolled members of the Nakshathra Loyalty Program enjoy curated privileges, including reward points on eligible purchases, birthday and anniversary savings, priority access to festive collection launches, and invitations to private VIP events.

Loyalty points are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for physical cash bullion, and are governed by specific accrual and expiry schedules notified in the showroom loyalty terms at registration.

All trademarks, corporate logos, emblems, slogans (including “For Every Dream You Dare to Wear”), original jewellery design sketches, CAD renderings, catalog photography, and textual materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Nakshathra Gold and Diamonds LLP.

Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial imitation, casting, digital scraping, or reverse engineering of Nakshathra designs or website media is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under the Copyright Act, Designs Act, and Trademark Law.

We take immense care to photograph our jewellery with high-fidelity color calibration. However, because different monitor screens, smartphone displays, and brightness calibrations vary, actual metal luster or natural gemstone hues may appear subtly different in person.

• Permitted Use: You may browse our site for personal, non-commercial purposes, to view collections, and schedule appointments.
• Prohibited Activities: Introducing malicious code, automated web crawlers, data extraction bots, or interfering with server infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nakshathra and its partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, unexpected market bullion rate volatility, or delayed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Force Majeure: Events including but not limited to acts of God, severe natural calamities, civil unrest, sudden regulatory bullion import embargoes, currency demonetization, or armored carrier strikes shall relieve Nakshathra of performance delays during the duration of such events.
